Services

Couples Therapy

Working with relationships allows us to focus therapy on patterns that are directly impacting not only yourself, but also the person(s) you care about. We will understand together what you and your partner(s) bring to the relational system and how it connects to your relational history. We’ll identify cycles, attend to underlying emotional experiences, and find opportunities for respectful dialogue and deeper connection with yourself and each other. The goal of this work is to set you up with a stronger foundation for a secure and loving home base, carrying down to the generations after you.

Individual Therapy

If you find yourself feeling stuck in some way, we’ll discover what it is that’s repeating in your life to keep you there, and what that repetition could be telling you. Often times, patterns that cause us difficulty point to something unresolved. In individual therapy, we’ll be curious together about what your patterns are getting at and find greater freedom in how you are able to address those needs. The goal of this work is to help you find greater connection with your emotional experience, allowing you to make creative choices according to your values, desires, and responsibilities.
